21 Day Fix Week 3

I made it! I completed 21 Day Fix! I had a few setbacks but I am proud of myself for completing a full round. If I do another round, I may adjust the schedule to where I am not working out 7 days a week. I may add a few rest days in there or double up on a workout here and there. I do love the workouts as they vary so much.

What I love about 21 Day Fix is that the workouts are 30 minutes long. I really don’t have the stamina to work out for an hour or more. I prefer to exercise in the morning, when I have the energy.

My morning routine goes like this:
1. Get up super early to put makeup on
2. Wake my son up and get him ready for school
3. Get my son on the bus
4. Come home and check emails, my blog, social media, etc.
5. Get my work out on around 9 am or so

21 Day Fix. Simple Eating. Simple Fitness. Fast Results.

You may prefer to work out in the afternoon or evening, it is completely up to you. Whatever works for you, stick with it.

I did not feel a lot of motivation this week. I feel like I lost my drive to keep going. I almost felt like quitting in the middle of a workout because I just felt so down.

All of the 21 Day Fix workouts are challenging. I do the modified versions for most of them.
At this point, I am unsure if I want to go straight into another round of 21 Day Fix or try another fitness program. What would you do?

Since the weather is finally cooling down, I may go for a walk after putting my son on the bus in the morning. It is a great way to get fresh air and exercise outside.
