I make the BEST COOKIES in my Emeril Power Airfryer 360

Best Cookies EVER!

My cookies are usually a big fail, but not this time. Now I’ve heard the buzz about airfryers for a while, but in my head, I think I don’t have room for another kitchen appliance, so I wasn’t interested.

Oh my goodness what a fool I was- an airfryer was exactly what I needed.

Let me tell you, I’m not a baker.

I usually burn or undercook cookies. I’m a mom who hates to bake, well if we are putting it out there, I hate to cook. For example, tonight I ruined dinner so bad my husband had to get take out. Ugh- who does that!

My daughter wanted to bake cookies for this weeks after school treats. So I wanted to see if the airfyer would bake cookies and YES it does. WOOHOO!

I followed Emeril’s Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe, and I was shocked that the cookies turned out so good. In other words, they were crispy on the outside and soft inside. The cookies came out perfect, and my family was amazed; I made them. Who would have known that the Emeril Power Airfryer 360 would make me look like a pro at cookie making!

After making the cookies and how well they turned out I swear I’ve been using my the Power Airfryer 360 every day!

Here are a few items I’ve made since receiving the Emeril Lagasse Power Airfryer 360  (replaces nine appliances):

  • Cookies
  • Pizza
  • Baked Potatoes
  • Steak
  • Roasted Peppers
  • Taco Shells
  • Buttermilk Chicken
  • Toast/Bagels

Chocolate Chip Cookies

But let’s get back to these cookies I made. You can use any cookie recipe you want and use the temperature indicated in the recipe.

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup butter- softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup plus 1tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Whip together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar- use an electric mixer if you can
  2. Add the egg and vanilla and mix
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and the salt in a sperate bowl, then slowly mix the dry mixture into the butter mixture until creamy
  4. Add all the chocolate chips and walnuts (if adding any. Refrigerate the dough for an hour.
  5. Divide the dough into 24 portions. Scoop 12 of the portions into a baking pan. (we got nine on there)

I’m going to save so much time during this school year because dinners won’t have to be so complicated. Plus the kids can make their snacks without using the oven. Most kids won’t use the oven if it requires baking or maybe its just mine!

You can find the Emeril’s Power AirFryer 360 on AmazonKohl’s, and Walmart.
