I started a new workout program called 21 Day Fix!  Have you heard of it?  You can get a great workout in only 30 minutes!

I have found that I need my daily dose of Shakeology, especially since I started working full time. Being at work all day, I found myself so tired and exhausted and it was hard to find the energy to workout when I got home from work. Working out in the morning was difficult, so I wanted to workout after work.

I am excited about doing a new workout program. The 21 Day Fix workouts are only 30 minutes long which is perfect for me. After a long day at work, I have a few hours to myself before I need to be in bed. I like to get plenty of rest each night.

Now that I am back on Shakeology, I have so much energy. I feel motivated to exercise when I get home too.

I started 21 Day Fix yesterday and it really kicked my butt! I was not sure what to expect, honestly, I thought it would be too easy. The workout schedule is pretty simple and there are only a handful of workouts to do. Each week is the same workouts with no rest days.

After the first day of the new program, I woke up sore. I am glad to be sore again because it tells me that my body is getting a good workout and I am working muscles I normally do not work! I am really looking forward to doing this program for the next 21 days! I am a little disappointed that there are no rest days on the schedule, so I am going to do my best to follow it! I see the reasoning behind no rest days, this is the type of workout that will give you results in just three weeks.
