Your Subscription to Pure Zen

Your Subscription to Pure Zen

Beauty Brite Disclosure

Discovery. Union. Compassion. These were the three words that greeted me when I opened my BBEO box from BuddhiBoxes. I couldn’t wait to see what this subscription to pure Zen had brought my way.

If you’re not familiar with BuddhiBox, it was founded by yoga teacher, yogini, entrepreneur, and resilient dreamer Maxine Chapman. Maxine wanted to share her favorite yogi finds with the world. Every product included in the various subscription boxes the site offers are cruelty-free and ethically sourced. And each month, a portion of the sales from Buddhibox help support the work of a variety of global charitable organizations.

I’m a big fan of subscription boxes, but I’m an even bigger fan of companies who care about the products they are sending subscribers and who support charity. It’s just another reason to feel pure Zen about the BBEO BuddhiBox.

The BBEO box is a monthly subscription filled with essential oils, a healing crystal, meditation and extra sample goodies. It was created to inspire all of us busy women to take some time out to recharge our mind, body, and soul. It’s also ideal for anyone interested in learning more about essential oils, crystals, and meditation.

My BBEO box included a Raw Rose Quartz Crystal, Quintessentials Anahata Essential Oil Blend and Organic Geranium Oil Sample, Chuao Chocolatier Choco-Pod, and Bonus Anahata Chakra Affirmation Sticker and Meditation.

Heart Chakra Sticker and Raw Rose Quartz Crystal

I’m kind of a newbie to crystals, so I don’t know much about the power of the rose quartz. I immediately loved the calming rosy, pink color. I learned from the enclosed box card that the Rose Quartz is the stone of the heart. It’s a crystal of unconditional love.  As such, it carries a soft feminine energy of compassion and peace, tenderness and healing, nourishment and comfort. I feel those vibes each time I gaze at the crystal on my desk.

The Anahata Chakra Affirmation Sticker and Meditation also tie into the unconditional love theme of the box. It reminds us all that, “I can love & be loved, I forgive. I am caring.” The sticker was designed by Jenn Morgan, The Soul Filled Yogi and BuddhiBox ambassador.  I’m curious to explore the rest of the set and the meditations, which can be found on the Buddhibox website, for some inspiration and pure Zen.

Quintessentials Anahata Essential Oil Blend and Geranium Oil Sample

Next up in my box was a roller ball filled with the Quintessentials Anahata (Compassionate Energy) Essential Oil Blend as well as a sample of their Organic Geranium Oil. The Anahata rollerball features a pure rose blend designed to stimulate the 4th chakra, the heart. It may increase your ability to give and receive love and uplift your vibration to higher frequencies. Maybe I should wear this blend the next time I do online dating or go on a date. I could use some pure Zen and an uplifted vibrating frequencies to handle my matches.

Although I loved the scent of the Anahata blend, the Geranium sample was a bit overpowering for me. I’m not a big floral person, especially since I’m allergic to most flowers. Geranium is supposed to uplift and connect you to your heart center. It may also help balance hormones, relieve stress, minimize inflammation, and improve circulation.

Chuao salted chocolate crunch mini bar

As a chocolate lover, I was thrilled to see a sample of the Chuao Salted Chocolate Crunch bar. If you haven’t tried Chuao bars before, you are missing a unique chocolate experience. This sample features a dark chocolate bar filled with crunchy, toasted breadcrumbs and dusted with sea salt. Simply speaking, it’s divine.

After sampling my first BBEO box, I’m also curious to see what the coming months will bring.
