I am really enjoying this program so far. It’s great to have one place to go for information rather than trying to skim all the healthy living books at the book store or search for information online. The recipes included are easy to prepare and taste great! I am particularly excited about the section on juicing, something I’ve been wanting to try for awhile. If you want to detox and inject some healthy into your routine, do yourself a favor and get this book. It’s all you need.
