For the last few weeks, I have had hard time staying motivated and on track. I am not sure what is wrong. I dislike feeling so down, depressed and angry at myself. I am hoping it is just PMS! This week, I took a few extra rest days.
I also feel like my respiratory system took a beating while I was sick with the flu. I am having a hard time breathing or my nose is running like crazy. It could be a combination of the weather and getting over the flu.
I have also been feeling stressed out with finances, my online course that I am taking, and my workouts. I am worried I won’t finish my course with enough time to spare to take the final exam. Although, I received some great advice from the school and it has been helping me save time with reading and taking notes. Sometimes I feel like I could do much better with everything, but I am not performing at my best level!
This week, I am on Week 8 of Les Mills Combat. I don’t feel as motivated to keep up with the workout schedule but I have been as much as I can. I don’t feel as pumped up during the workouts themselves, but I am just going through the moves. I have a few more days left on this workout and trying to finish out the program.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the Les Mills Combat program! I hope to get out of this funk very soon.
