Design And Personalize Your Phone Case

Design And Personalize Your Phone Case - Put A Case On Me personalized iPhone case

Beauty Brite Disclosure

I’ve had an iPhone for years, several models of the phone, in fact. Finding a protective case is always a bit of a chore for me because I want a case that is uniquely me, but I do not want to have to spend a small fortune on it. Some of the cases I’ve purchased over the years have been good and lasted well; others… not so much. The case pictured here is from Put A Case On Me and is easily the absolute best phone case I have ever used!

I was super excited to design my very own phone case that is uniquely me!

Put A Case On Me

This is the case I designed for my iPhone 5c. The dahlia is a flower that I think is so beautiful. At our first home, I planted a couple of dahlia bulbs that I purchased online that looked just like this one — they had very dark burgundy-colored petals with white tips. Those dahlia plants (and a cherry bush) were the things I was most bummed about leaving behind when we purchased a larger home several years later as our family expanded.

This is not a pic of my dahlia plant, it’s just a piece of free clip art that I found on the internet years ago. I don’t remember what site I found it on any longer, but I have used it for lots of different things over the years like decorating a card I printed at home, as my profile pic on Facebook for a time, among other things. I was hoping that it would work for this phone case design and so thrilled when it did! All I did then, was add a text box with my name and moved it to the upper right corner of the phone case. I probably spent the most time (hands down) switching the font used for that text box to find the perfect look for my case.

Put A Case On Me

Put A Case On Me offers two options when it comes to preference for their cases. They have a Snap Case that is a single-piece case made of extra durable plastic that just snaps onto your device. I chose the other option, the Tough Bumper Case which is a two-piece design that features a rubber liner and a glossy hard plastic outer shell providing you with maximum protection. The rubber liner fits very snugly and is non-slip, it actually kind of “grips” when you hold it in your hand if that makes sense. When you slip your personally designed phone case over the rubber liner it just snuggles right up to it. It is a perfect fit and is very stable, it doesn’t slip out of the case or move around within it, at all.

I can be a bit of a clutz with my phone, so having a case that protects it when I drop it is crucial! I feel like I’ve finally found the perfect phone case for me. I will likely never buy another off the rack at any major retailer. I’m already making plans to design another phone case on the Put A Case On Me site, to have as a backup in case I manage to mess this one up, or just to switch out for variety. I’m a crafty-type person, so I tend to get bored with things somewhat easily. Fortunately, when I find something I love, I don’t get rid of it, I just cycle it in and out with other loved items to keep things fresh! This phone case is of very good quality and I expect it to last for a long time!

Put A Case On Me features many design elements that you can choose from like chevrons (really hot right now!), floral motifs, animals, emoticons, quotations, among many others. They also offer color and fonts galore! Or if you choose, you can upload your own picture or clip art. Text can be added, as well. And most design elements can be moved around to lay on the case however you like. If your design is a bit “busy” and your text isn’t showing up against it, you can add a circle or banner with the text inside it to make it pop against your chosen design.

If designing your own case from scratch makes you nervous, don’t worry about it. They offer a ton of pre-designed cases that are absolutely breath-taking. No matter what you’re looking for, you will find the perfect phone case for you here! You can check out cases designed by their customers on their Instagram page.

Put A Case On Me is an American company based in Columbus, Ohio. The shipping cost is very low and they can ship internationally for low cost, as well. You can even send a case as a gift to a person you designate at checkout. (Don’t worry, they won’t send the gift recipient a receipt). 😉 In addition, they do have a referral/affiliate program so you can earn credits for sending others to their site who place an order. Very cool!

What do you think of the case I designed? How pumped are you to create one of your very own?
