I have found that occasionally we need a little detoxing. Our bodies and minds are stressed and overworked. The average American eats a lot of garbage we probably shouldn’t. We also tend not to be as mobile as we should be.
It’s that time of year again. Making better choices and choosing healthier options.
Due to my son’s severe eczema and psoriasis, we’ve decided to make the switch as a family to all natural body products. Because of my asthma, my husband suggested we started using non-toxic cleaning products.
I’m all about the little comforts of life. Reading a good book. Putting on a warm pair of fuzzy slippers. My personal favorite: enjoying a wonderfully brewed cup of coffee or tea while relaxing on the couch. I live for these pleasures of life. They give me comfort in my day, rejuvenate me, and help me to carry on with adulthood.
I’m excited to share some of my recommendations with you for great tea and coffee break options that you can enjoy!
Our family has decided that the theme of 2017 will be more relaxation and less stress. For the longest time, we’ve been a family constantly on the move; which gets tiring after a while. This Valentine’s Day, my husband and I have decided to forego the cliché romantic dinner at a fancy restaurant and try a completely different approach. This Valentine’s Day is going to center around quality time together, relaxing in our home.
Picture hanging is the bane of my existence! I hate having to ask my husband for help, lords knows he does enough work around our house. I’m also a short gal, I don’t have the patience for standing on a step stool and trying to steady myself with a measuring tape to get the right dimensions. I’m horrible at estimating where and how to hang something, which is usually what I end up resorting to. This makes me sad because decorating is one of my greatest passions and it has quickly become my biggest frustration.
If you’ve read previous posts by me, you might already know that my family are complete Star Wars fanatics. My husband and I have been fans since we were kids, my son quickly caught on a developed and love for the series all his own.
