The latest trend in healthy living is adding as much nutrition to our diets as possible, but with minimal fuss — because really, who has time for complicated recipes, right? Now that summer is almost here, I started walking and doing indoor exercises. Depending on the weather, I prefer to go for a walk to take advantage of the fresh air and sunshine! I consider myself to be a protein bar aficionado. I do tend to eat a lot of protein bars in lieu of meals during the day to sustain my hunger and keep my energy going for my everyday tasks.
