Can I tell you how much we LOVE their Original Monster Mix?! Can I had the actual number of cookies that I ate off the cookie sheet before they even had a chance to cool? It was an embarrassingly large number.
Meli’s Cookies are super easy to make, are pre-packaged for ease, and require very few ingredients. All dry mixes feature high quality ingredients and include gluten-free rolled oats.
You will need: a box of Meli’s Cookie dry mix, 1/2 cup of your favorite nut butter, 1 egg, and 4 tablespoons of softened butter.
All ingredients will be added to a large mixing bowl and stirred until combined. Scoop onto a 2 inch ball and add to a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes.
Then try not to burn yourself as you pry them from the pan before they are cool enough to eat.
