My Journey To Wellness

My Journey to Wellness -- Plexus Wheel - Gurunanda Essential Oils

Beauty Brite Disclosure

I’m going to be honest with you. Swimsuit season completely snuck up on me this year. After I’d bought our family’s membership to the local water park, I realized in horror that my body was totally unprepared.

In a panic, I launched myself into an intense diet and exercise plan. As you can guess, that wasn’t very smart because my body wasn’t ready for such a rapid change.

Now I see the error of my ways and I’m trying to ease myself into a healthier lifestyle. I’m also healing my body from the drastic changes I made previously. I found a few products that have helped greatly during this time of transformation, I’m excited to share them with you!

Plexus Wheel

My family adores the Plexus Wheel! If you’ve got back problems, this will provide you with so much relief. The theory behind Plexus is making the back and spine feel better with “no doctors, no drugs, no surgery.”

Plexus Wheels are created to fit exactly between your shoulder blades, which allowed me to stretch out my entire back. My husband, a bigger guy, was afraid he’d break it. But, thankfully the Plexus Wheel is highly durable and holds up to 500 pounds. The wheel is made to accomodate all ages and body types.

I also like that a semi-thick mat lines the wheel, so it feels very comfortable on my back!

Gurunanda Exotics Essential Oils

I have made severals posts in the past about my love for essential oils. Gurunanda is definitely one of my favorite brands, I love the “farm to bottle” purity of their oils.

Essential oils have helped me greatly throughout the years, relieving my migraines and improving my sleep. They have even helped me with asthma flare-ups and helped curb urges to over-eat.

I was so excited when I had the opportunity to try the new Gurunanda Exotic Oils.

Jasmine Kiss – This is a filled roll-on that is ready to use. I love this fragrance! It is so clean and reminds me of a warm, summer night. Very feminine and flirty.

Rose Kiss – This is a filled roll-on that is ready to use. This fragrance is more subdued than the Jasmine. It smells floral with a hint of spice, very lovely.

European Bergamot – I love that this scent comes with an empty roll-on bottle so can blend with other oils or wear alone to create your own scent. This is the perfect scent to start your morning! Bright and clean citrus.

Peaceful Sleep – Also comes with empty roll-on bottle to create your own scent. This is a must in my son’s diffuser at night. Lately, he has been having many nights of restless sleep. This calming blend of Lavender, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Chamomile, and Marjoram seems to be the trick for him getting a better night’s sleep.

Unwind– This is one of my favorite blends! Every time I smell it, I feel balanced and harmonious. It rejuvenates and relaxes me at the same time. This is perfect after a long, draining day. A comforting blend of Lavender, Vetiver, Roman Chamomile, Orange, Patchouli, and Vanilla.

Madagascar Ylang Ylang – This is probably the most intense fragrance of all the exotics oils. It is very sweet and spicy to me, reminding me a little of black licorice. This essential oil is designed to promote arousal and sensuality.

Gurunanda Exotic Essential Oil and Roller Ball Bottle

Gurunanda’s Exotic Oils have been great for promoting relaxation and rejuvenation, so my body can heal properly. I love the wide selection of beautiful, unique scents that make my whole house smell like a day at the spa!

I hope you’ve enjoyed reading about my journey back to health and wellness. These days, I’m feeling much better and making smarter choices. Thankfully, I had some great products to help me get there!

Every thing sounds so good and something I should get in to. BUT I got side tracked with the Plexus Wheel. My sister is/has back pains. And this sounds like something she needs. So I am going to order it…. thanks
