Let Your Hair Down With Tangled: Before Ever After

Let Your Hair Down With Tangled Before Ever After

Beauty Brite Disclosure

I was so excited when I received my copy of Tangled: Before Ever After being one of my favorite Disney movies. I have three young children ages five, three, and eighteen months, all who love anything Tangled. It’s always so nice to be able to sit down and watch a family movie without having to worry about what might show up on the screen.

In this new movie Mandy Moore (also know from This Is Us) reprised her role as the barefoot  Rapunzel, joining her Zachary Levi as Eugene (Flynn Ryder) along with lovable sidekicks  Pascal and Maximus and new friends like Cassandra (her lady in waiting) voiced by Eden Espinosa.

The movie run time: Approximately 65 minutes including your 4 “shorts”.

Shorts include:

· Checkmate
· Prison Bake
· Make Me Smile
· Hare Peace

My favorite short involves a cute little bunny and running away from Rapunzel.

Movie Synopsis : After all those long years locked away Rapunzel ( Moore ) is feeling a little “caged” in the castle walls. She yearns to be able to be free the way she wants and explore the walls outside of Carona. While new friends, and old help her find the “old” her inside of her new life inside the castle. Surprises that include, wedding bells, magical rocks, and new enemy’s. This movie is magical inside and is just as much fun as the first.

Tangled Before Ever After

When you open your DVD up you will see a beautifully illustrated journal just for you. This looks much like the one Rapunzel is given by her mother in the movie. Her mother who was quite the adventurer growing up shares a special gift with Rapunzel, as she knows she’s having a hard time coming to terms with being confined to the castle. My oldest daughter loved the notebook and claimed it as soon as she saw it, for her artwork.

Tangled Before Ever After

So my concluding thoughts – I loved the story line in Tangled: Before Ever After. How it shows what happens in the days following her return to the castle. It shows how she still has a lot of adjusting to do, and how far she’s willing to go to save the ones she loves.

Great family movie and most assuredly will become one of our family favorites! Disney has made us fall in love with the beautiful Rapunzel and Dashing Eugene again.

Wondering where to pick up your brand new copy?  You can find Tangled: Before Ever After at Target and Walmart.
