The kettlebell came with workout program, but I get bored with the same old workout routine over and over so it’s nice sometimes to find other workouts that I can use it with.

The book consists of three parts. Part One is an Overview of the book and how to use it. Part Two consists of the exercises and their diagrams. And Part Three gives information about different programs one can implement using the exercises in the book to achieve specific outcomes whether your goal is weight loss, starting a general fitness program, strength training, building body mass, etc.
I think the layout of the Exercises section is really interesting, with each exercise being presented in a very brief, concise manner and also includes a picture of the muscle that the exercise is intended to target when executed accurately.
The Kettlebell Lunge Passthrough in the lower left photo (featuring the female model) exercises the quadriceps while stabilizing the biceps, triceps, and forearm muscles.
I have worked my way through quite a few of the exercises depicted in the book. So far, I haven’t tried one that was too hard for me to complete.
Due to the thin paperback construction, the book is super easy to slip into your gym bag. The handy Index in the back of the book will help you quickly locate all of the different exercises.
