Fitness Friday

It’s Friday!  Hello Fitness Friday!  What a week!  My son returned to school this week after a very long Spring Break off from school.

I love yoga!  I have been focusing on nothing but yoga!  I love that it helps relax my mind and body.  It also helps to relieve my stress from my everyday life.  With yoga, I can focus on myself, my poses and my breathing.  Yoga is my “me” time.

Ever since I started doing yoga, I am feeling more relaxed each day.  I am reminded to sit up straight, take the time to breathe and soothe my own soul!  I have learned so much from yoga and look forward to learning much more about myself.

While I would love to practice yoga in a classroom setting, instead, I use youtube for my yoga workouts.  There are so many different workouts and when I find one that I like, I bookmark it so I can do it another time!

I had no idea yoga can be so great!  I have always been a pilates fan.  I love doing both yoga and pilates for their many benefits for my body!

How do you workout?  What programs are you doing?  How do you stay motivated to keep going?

  3. I’ve never tried yoga before, but I hear great things about it. I’ve slacked off about working out and the result is regaining the 75lbs that I lost. I will be joining a gym soon. As of now I’ve been using workout dvd’s at home and using my Nintendo Wii.
