Beauty Brite Disclosure

First of all, Keto is the latest lifestyle trend because many are having such successful results! Being on the Ketogenic Diet for nearly two months now, I can definitely agree that it has made me feel much better and caused my energy to increase.

In contrast, it took some time for me to get used to such a new way of eating. For example, embracing butter and oils. For my entire life, I can only remember hearing about the benefits of a low fat diet. Adding coconut oil to my coffee and cooking with butter? The horror!

The idea of adding healthy fats to food and even coffee actually helps maintain a feeling of fullness, resulting in being less hungry throughout the day.

Making coffee Keto-friendly is a great way to jump start your day and can even work well is a meal replacement. For me, Keto coffee serves as a great breakfast option because I’m awake so early in the morning and on the go.

Keto Jump Start Coffee is a very famous and well-known Keto Coffee option used by many people on the Keto Diet. It’s a terrific way to get your metabolism going and get in a good dose of your fats for the day!

Hala Tree Coffee

Hala Tree Coffee is my favorite when making my Keto Jump Start Coffee and is consistently ranked as one of the finest, smoothest blends of Kona Coffee. Produced in Hawaii, it is USDA Certified Organic and as a result, never uses any pesticides or chemicals. Embracing a healthier lifestyle, it is even more a priority to make sure I’m using organic and all-natural products.

Hala Tree Coffee Sampler Set is a great option for trying out different roasts. It’s been a great way for me to explore the flavors. I love them all, but I’d have to say that the Hala Tree Coffee Black and Tan Roast is my favorite. The smooth blend of the Dark and Medium Roasts is truly delicious!

I love making Keto Jump Start Coffee as a satisfying breakfast on the go. But, it seemed weird to add butter to my coffee. However, the increased energy and rich, creamy taste were well worth it. Actually, I believe the Coconut Oil is a very nice compliment to the butter. Furthermore, Keto Jump Start Coffee is extremely easy to make and it leaves me feeling full and energetic each morning!

Keto Jump Start Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp Hala Tree Coffee Grounds Make sure there is enough to brew roughly 1 cup of coffee
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  • Brew 1 cup (8-12 ounces) of coffee using filtered water with 2 ½ heaping tablespoons of freshly ground Hala Tree Coffee Grounds. A Keurig is a great option or make a full pot and pour a cup into a mug.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil (less is more, a little goes a long way)
  • Put in 1-2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • Mix it all in a blender for 20-30 seconds until it looks like a creamy latte. There should be a nice, frothy foam on top.

My family lives by the motto, “work hard, play hard.” So, for our family, the weekends are a time of relaxation and treating ourselves.

Before Keto, my husband and I always splurged on sugary coffee drinks during the weekend. I used to get a flavored coffee and load it up with sugary coffee creamer. However, it wasn’t long before the effects of all that sugar started to set in and I’d be feeling terrible.

Beginning Keto, I knew I needed to get creative with recipes. I also needed to replace unhealthy options with better alternatives.  As a result, I came up with a yummy Keto-friendly version of the flavorful coffee drinks I loved.

Java House Cold Brew Coffee

After researching ingredients, I came up with Coconut Pie Iced Coffee. I love this recipe because it tastes delicious and satisfies all of my sweet cravings. To make it extra tasty, I like to froth extra Heavy Whipping Cream and put it on top. For extra zest, I’ll also sprinkle a touch of sugar-free chocolate powder or cinnamon.

I love to use Java House Cold Brew Coffee pods because it saves me from having to make a huge pitcher of iced coffee. Likewise, it spares me from having to let it set in the refrigerator to chill over night as well. It is so cool that this product is single serve and ready to use! Grab a coffee pod, peel open and pour over ice and add 8 oz of water. So easy!

Making Coconut Pie Iced Coffee

In addition, Java House Cold Brew Coffee can also be used in a Keurig or mug brewer for a delicious cup of warm coffee! So, this gets an A+ in my book for being such a convenient and versatile product. Ethiopian (light roast), Colombian (medium roast), Sumatran (dark roast) and Decaf blends are available here.
