As the mom of four little ones age six and under, I’m always looking for baby products that will fit the needs of all my children. I look for items that will be gentle on their skin but also keep them feeling safe and comfy. With that being said, I always have a hard time finding products that work for my six-year-old because she has such severe eczema and anything with a lot of chemicals and additives really irritates her skin. We finally have a product that is gentle in all ways and keeps her protected.
I’m going to be honest with you. Swimsuit season completely snuck up on me this year. After I’d bought our family’s membership to the local water park, I realized in horror that my body was totally unprepared.
For the last few months, I’ve been making the effort to go for a morning walk right after I put my son on the bus. I am enjoying the beautiful weather, fresh air, and the great feeling after walking. I like to walk for the low impact health and fitness benefits.

The latest trend in healthy living is adding as much nutrition to our diets as possible, but with minimal fuss — because really, who has time for complicated recipes, right? But for someone with finicky diet standards this can be easier said than done. My sister-in-law introduced me to smoothie bowls from a local establishment and I instantly became obsessed with this quick and easy food option! I love this delicious healthy snack.
I am partial to certain textures and so for me, eating a lot of healthy foods is just out of the question. I’ve been a single mom since mid-November, since then, it’s been quite a lifestyle change. I am a full time stay at home mom/caregiver to my son with Autism/Special Needs. I no longer have any help. The only time I have to myself is when my son is at school.
Are you a mom always on-the-go? Are you in search of natural health for a busy lifestyle?
As moms, we tend to forget about our own wants and needs. Actually, we tend to take care of our needs instead of our wants. We also focus on our families and their needs before our own.
Moms: it doesn’t have to be that way. It is okay to take time for yourself and focus on your own wants, especially when it comes to your health and beauty.
It is never too late to treat yourself to a bit of luxury! It doesn’t have to cost a fortune either. There are easy ways to do it.
Eczema has been the bane of my existence for nearly four years now. I can’t even tell you how or why I have it. One day I started itching and four years later, I’m still dealing with it and looking for ways to treat my eczema. It has healed quite a bit, and at its worse, I literally scratched my skin off. I had to buy gauze and these pads to help stop the bleeding and keep me from scratching.
I am not going to lie, I love to vacuum. Shark makes it incredibly easy and fun to keep a clean home with their products. Our main vacuum is perfect for our busy household because it is heavy-duty and keeps up with a full house! Our household vacuum cleans so thoroughly and easy to maintain.
Are you looking for a quick and portable cleaning solution? There is a lightweight vacuum perfect for those quick cleaning moments.
I hate to use the word diagnosed, but I was diagnosed with chronic migraines. I get them pretty regularly and often times I end up spending a day or two in bed sleeping, unable to get up and do anything. Blinds shut, phone off, door closed to avoid any noises that are coming from inside the house. This isn’t an “oh owe is me” post, but a post to show what some migraine suffers go through. Loud noises and bright lights can make a normal migraine even worse.
