To say that bikini season is a phenomenon is an understatement. Every year in modern times, the phrase pops up as early as February or April: “Bikini season is coming! Get in shape!”, or “Since we all know that bikini season is coming, it’s time to start that diet…”.
A few months ago, I returned home from my first press trip for Beauty Brite and was so embarrassed from seeing my pictures that I started doing PiYo, a workout program that combines pilates and yoga! I wanted to slim down and improve my core strength. I love both pilates and yoga and wanted a low impact workout.
