I am all for using an oil diffuser to keep my son and myself healthy! I like to use essential oils to add a natural scent and freshen up our indoor air. I also like to use aromatherapy to improve our health! When my son starts sniffling, sneezing, or even coughing, I quickly pull out the oil diffuser and oils! We found a personal oil diffuser for personal wellness that is compact and packs a punch!


My son has Autism and when he starts to get upset or needs to calm down, aromatherapy really does help! My favorite go-to oil is Lavender! I just add a few drops into our diffuser and it takes about 15 to 20 minutes and my son is calmed down from whatever triggered him. It also helps in the evening if he is too energetic!
