Benefits of Using a Diffuser and Essential Oil Blends

Beauty Brite Disclosure

The daily pace of life inside my house is hectic. My husband works grueling 12-hour shifts at a busy hospital while attending school to be an Occupational Therapist. In addition to being a reviewer and writer, I also work part-time for a law office. My son is in preschool and when he’s at home, he’s in a constant state of high-energy and motion. Our weekends are packed with running errands, play dates, visiting family and the occasional date night.

There are countless days that I feel burnt out and exhausted. So, I’ve had to change up my routine to better manage my stress. I begin each morning with something good to read, a fresh cup of coffee, and my Gurunanda Essential Oil Diffuser. I add a little water to the diffuser, a couple drops of essential oil (my choice varies on my mood) and start it up. It always helps to center me at the start of a very busy day. Don’t let the small size of the diffuser fool you; it changes colors and releases the perfect amount of fragrance.

When paired with the right essential oil blend, I have also found the combination of my diffuser and oil to be very helpful for medical concerns. It helps combat and soothe my horrible migraines, bronchial asthma, and whenever cold season attacks our house.

Gurunanda Essential Oil Blends are the perfect companion to the Gurunanda Essential Oil Diffuser. Each blend is high quality and created to suit your individual needs.

Calming SleepI like to use this essential oil blend in my diffuser right before my son’s bedtime. While we watch an episode of Daniel Tiger before he goes to sleep, this scent instantly calms and relaxes him. Lavender, Marjoram, and Chamomile.

TranquilityI really enjoy using this essential oil blend in the diffuser after a long day.  I draw myself a hot bath with Epsom salts, add a few drops of the oil to my diffuser, and let the scent infuse the bathroom while I take a relaxing soak. Chamomile, Frankincense and Ho wood.

Breathe EasyThis is the essential oil blend I most commonly use. It works miracles for improving my breathing during asthma flare-ups, relieving the pressure of a migraine, or when I’m having painful sinus pressure. For me, it’s a medicine cabinet essential. Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Lemon.

InvigorateI find it helpful to use this essential oil blend in my diffuser when I’ve hit an afternoon slump. It gives me a little boost of energy to help carry me through the rest of my day. Grapefruit, Peppermint, and Lemon.

HarmonyI’ve found that this essential oil works great anytime of the day. It’s an instant mood booster and the sunny fragrance always gives me some energy! Mandarin, Bergamot, and Sweet Orange.

FocusIf I’m going to have a busy day, this essential oil blend is necessary to start my morning. I deeply inhale and within a few minutes, I’m more prepared to conquer the day! Lemongrass, Rosemary, and Citronella.

RefreshIf I’m not using my Focus oil, I’m using this essential oil in the morning. It fills me with good vibes and positivity to start my day. Cedar wood, Siberian fur needle, and Clary sage.

RelaxationThis is my husband’s favorite oil to use in the diffuser after a long day at work. He’ll plug the diffuser in the bathroom and let this scent saturate the bathroom while he takes a long shower. Frankincense, Ho wood, and Camphor.
