I’ve found myself constantly on the computer or on my phone, which makes it harder for me to fall asleep at night. In fact, my sleeping pattern has been so horrible that I’m falling asleep while I’m working. So, I decided it was about time I unplug from the Internet. Not all day or anything, but after a certain time I’ll fully log off and do some of these relaxing things.

Finding quality products for sensitive skin is always a struggle. Everything breaks me out, irritates my skin, and gives me a migraine. It looks me months before I figured out that my shampoo and conditioner were irritating my scalp and making my migraines worse. Even regular washcloths irritate my skin, and thankfully I’ve found washcloths for sensitive skin. After doing some research and seeing a dermatologist, I’ve found some great, affordable products for sensitive skin that really work for me.
I’ll be the first person to admit that I have quite the addiction to pop. Most of the time I do drink caffeine-free diet, but I always have to drink pop. Sometimes even three times a day. Every summer I keep telling myself that I’m going to cut back on the pop and start drinking more water. I’m sure you can guess that each summer it doesn’t happen. After getting the opportunity to test out the SodaStream, a healthier pop-alternative, I thought that this summer may be different.
Do you travel a lot or bring your laptop to work? Bringing your electronics on the go with you means, you’ll have a bunch of cords to bring with you. Typically, I just throw everything in my laptop, but then I spend a good 10 minutes trying to find everything. I’m someone who always has to be organized and know exactly where everything is at. I always joke and say that my office is an organized mess.
As a blogger, I love being able to test out the newest products in makeup, and skincare. One type of product I’m not always the biggest fan of is nail polish. I enjoy doing my nails when I want to relax, and I try to treat myself to a manicure every couple of months. However, I’ve never been a huge nail polish person. That might change when I was given the opportunity to test out some fun, glitter nail polishes ($9) from Morgan Taylor.
I’ve done a few reviews on products that are meant to help treat those with Eczema. I recently had a major breakout with the Eczema and it’s even spread to other parts of my body, which is frustrating.
I’m still on the hunt for products that are truly going to help the itchiness, and the red irritated skin. Not to mention, it’s extremely dry in the areas that I had the Eczema outbreak. What I’m looking for is something that could replace my prescription steroid and truly help heal and calm the skin.
As someone who has extremely sensitive skin, finding makeup and skincare products is sometimes a frustrating nightmare. Finding sunscreen for sensitive skin is even worse! I’m either allergic to the ingredients or my skin is just too sensitive to use it. One product I’ve been on the hunt for is an SPF that’s actually going to work for me. And I think I’ve found what I’ve been looking for in Derma-E.
While the June weather in Chicago doesn’t seem to match up with typical summer, it’s here! Which means it’s time to pick out a couple of books that I plan on reading during my free time this summer. I spend a lot of time working, freelancing, and working on my blog that I neglect my books and being able to relax a little bit before I go to bed.

Eczema has been the bane of my existence for nearly four years now. I can’t even tell you how or why I have it. One day I started itching and four years later, I’m still dealing with it and looking for ways to treat my eczema. It has healed quite a bit, and at its worse, I literally scratched my skin off. I had to buy gauze and these pads to help stop the bleeding and keep me from scratching.
