3 Cruelty Free Beauty Solutions Worth Trying

I feel so grateful to share so many products and brands with you! I also appreciate the chance to share them with friends and family. Currently, I like sharing beauty products with my neighbor! She is always raving about all the products she gets to try and that makes me happy! I have also realized we can be picky with the products we choose. These days, I choose cruelty free, natural, organic (as much as possible), and toxin free! Today, we discuss 3 cruelty free solutions worth trying!

When my son started breaking out, I didn’t want to turn to prescriptions either. Trying to get a doctor’s appointment during quarantine is very difficult. Instead, I wanted to try natural, cruelty free, and toxin free options. I’ve been using a line of natural and cruelty free products for his breakouts and other teen issues! 

Clear Skin and Anti-Aging Solution

I’ve been dealing with acne for a few years now. No matter what I use or try, it doesn’t go away. I am so excited to try the CLEARSTEM Power Duo that includes CLEARITY serum and CELLRENEW serum. 

With the CLEARSTEM Power Duo, I followed the instructions exactly! Start with removing your makeup and cleansing your face.

Apply your CLEARITY serum and let is soak in for 15 to 20 minutes. I waited a minimum of 15 minutes. This was a great time to comb my hair (especially after a shower), brush my teeth, apply body lotion, get dressed, and then do anything else around the house that needed to be done! 

The CELLRENEW serum is the last step. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes, it is time to apply the CELLRENEW serum! 

What I love about the CLEARSTEM Power Duo is that they are both lightweight, gentle on my skin (no stinging), no staining or bleaching my towels either! Best of all, they are anti-aging! What a bonus! 

Clean Deodorant for the whole family

I have tried several different brands of natural deodorant and they ranged from gritty, hard to apply, to just not being effective. I love the idea of using natural deodorant, so much so I switched my son over to natural as well. 

Every other natural deodorant didn’t prevent sweating, which is apparently normal and natural. However, it can be very embarrassing! I was lucky enough to try Humble earlier this month and have been so impressed. I am so grateful they were kind enough to send a few scents for my son as well. He and I are both using Humble deodorant! 

They were kind enough to send me more scents to try from their Original line. While I prefer to use vegan products, the difference seems to be the beeswax used in the original line. 

In addition to their newest scent: Star Anise & Palmarosa, I also chose Texas Cedarwood & Grapefruit, Patchouli & Copal, and Ylang Ylang. 

I chose Star Anise & Palmarosa and Ylang Ylang for myself. I wanted Texas Cedarwood & Grapefruit and Patchouli & Copal for my son! What I love most about Humble deodorants is that they go on smooth. No more having to allow the deodorant warm on the skin before applying. Just a few swipes and no need to reapply throughout the day either. 

Since we are now fully stocked with Humble natural deodorant, all the other brands have been discarded. My son and I have a nice variety of scents to use! 

A huge plus is I no longer worry about sweating through my clothing when wearing my Humble deodorant. While it doesn’t prevent sweating altogether, it helps keep me drier! I know our stink is under control too!

Clean Hair for the whole family

I have tried shampoo bars before and I find them convenient and space saving in our showers! I am always looking to simplify our routine, especially with my son and his bath time. 

We received Shambar in both Awaken and Hydrate, plus a silicone soap dish. I wish they sent a dish for each bar! Imagine if one were to give these out as gifts and they only receive one silicone soap dish. 

Regardless, I appreciate they sent a dish. These are perfect to use with the whole family! I started with Shambar Hydrate since the winter weather can dry out my hair! I appreciate the added volume for my hair! So far, my hair feels healthy and soft! 

Spring and summer will be the perfect time to use Awaken! I only need to lather a bit and apply to my scalp and throughout my hair. I love that the Shambar can be used for both shampoo and conditioner! That means less time spent in the shower.
