Where does the hour go?

Are you ready to lose an hour of sleep? Daylight Saving Time starts (Sunday, March 8, 2015), we all lose an hour of sleep and then we spend the next week grumpy because of a disturbed sleep cycle.

Where does the hour go? How does it affect your sleep?

I don’t know about you but I try to prepare myself for that lost hour of sleep. I try to go to sleep early the weekend of Daylight Savings Time. I also put our son to bed earlier, that way the lost hour isn’t noticeable to him. In other words, I try to outsmart time! I train my body into thinking we didn’t lose an hour of sleep.

I like to stay busy. There are some evenings where I am unable to fall asleep because I have so much on my mind. I am a busy mom, wife and blogger. I love taking care of my family. When I don’t have to work full time outside of the home, I am able to focus on keeping our home running smoothly. As you can imagine, I have a lot on my plate. I am so thankful to have found ZzzQuil to help me fall asleep and wake up refreshed for another day!

Getting my much needed sleep is so important to me. I am working on eliminating coffee from my morning routine. I believe sleep is what I need to wake up and be ready for a long day!
