When I heard about the Tapout XT workout program, I was interested in giving it a try. I already do another mixed martial arts type of program and love it. I love variety, so I am always open to trying new workouts. I receive the Tapout XT pack to review in exchange for my honest opinion.
When my Tapout XT pack arrived, I was in the middle of doing my other mixed martial arts program, so I just started doing Tapout XT instead. I needed a change. I tend to rotate my workouts to keep myself motivated and on track.

I admit, as I opened the box, I was a little intimidated. Looking at everything that was included seems like a lot to take in at once. However, once I read through the booklets to get an idea of what to expect, I started the program. I have been trying to get through the workout for a few weeks now.
The workouts are very intense and work my muscles and my abilities to the extreme. My strength and endurance is improving little by little. The workouts keep me motivated to keep going. Even though, I am unable to do every rep, I keep going until the end.
If you are looking for an intense workout and need a little change in your routine, Tapout XT may be a great program to try! I love the martial arts aspect. I never took martial arts as a child, so trying kicks and punches at home allow me to feel stronger. My body is changing and I love it!
I love changing my workouts around because my muscles are challenged and I do not get bored with just one instructor or workout program.
