I workout at home. A few years ago, I used to do a variety of cardio workout programs, including Turbo Jam, 21 Day Fix, Jillian Michaels DVDs and several others. When health issues and working full time got in the way, I had to tone it down. These days, I like to do yoga. I also enjoy walking and jogging on my treadmill, pilates and even walking outside.

We were lucky enough to go on vacation to Disney World a few weeks ago and I still have Disney on the mind! Since we are on a budget, I shopped online for my Disney needs. Just about every evening, upon returning from the parks, I would search online for any sales at Disney Store. You would be surprised at what you will find on sale!
This week, I started doing yoga. I wanted a calm and less strenuous workout to do while I am still sick. We’ve been sick for about two weeks now. Last week, I started feeling better but then my sickness caught another wind and still trying to get better. I use a diffuser and Himalayan salt lamp for my overall health and wellness.

Mornings can be so hectic, especially if you have kids. Some days, it may feel like a struggle just to get everyone out the door on time. On days like those, squeezing in a morning workout might be the last thing on your mind. However, a morning workout can give you an extra energy boost and help you have a more productive day.
Spring time has had me trying to shed the winter weight and get toned up for bikini season. Working out always seems like such a chore but as I get older I realize it is necessary to maintain good health. I usually workout in the comfort of my own home, but I also like going to the gym. I have a few essentials I keep in my gym bag to freshen up on those occasions. Ban Roll-On Deodorant, Bioré Baking Soda Pore Cleanser and Curél Itch Defense Line body wash…. [read more]
The new year always seems to bring out the fitness resolutions for many of us who, let’s face it, need to get fitter. We know it. Trust me, we know. But, putting fitness goals into practice and sticking with it long enough to see actual results can be a daunting task, especially when the new year comes during the long, dark days of winter. Brr. Who wants to start a new workout regimen when it’s gloomy and nasty outside?
There are times when I find myself procrastinating, especially on cleaning. I have a love/hate relationship with cleaning. The same goes for shopping.
It’s been over a year since I first started 21 Day Fix. I bought it when it first came out and made it through one round. I had tried it again a few times after that but could never finish the program due to working, life, family, etc. Don’t get me wrong, my body hurt through it but I felt so strong and happy. The workouts were perfect for me at the time because they are only 30 minutes long. It was great since I was working full time at the time. Now that I am a stay at home mom again, I wanted to give this program a try again.
I love workout. I enjoy exercising at home as I can choose which workout I want to do. I can set the temperature to keep me cool with my fan! I have been doing cardio workouts and hope to expand into other workout programs that I have. After my workouts, I am covered in sweat. I usually let my body and hair cool off and then get myself ready for the rest of the day. I received products to review in exchange for my honest opinion.
