I consider myself to be a protein bar aficionado. I do tend to eat a lot of protein bars in lieu of meals during the day to sustain my hunger and keep my energy going for my everyday tasks. I used to make healthy protein shakes but due to budget, I started making smoothies instead. I enjoy a smoothie at least once a day. Over the years, I have used several blenders.
