A few weeks ago, I changed my fitness routine due to health reasons. Instead of doing intense cardio, I am focusing on pilates, yoga and hope to add walking/jogging. I have a treadmill and I need to start using it more. These past few weeks, it has been unbearably hot outside to go for walks.
