I exercise several times a week for at least 20 minutes a day. Right now, I am focusing on yoga and newly obsessed with it. I also try to eat healthy, as much as I can. I stick with workouts that I enjoy doing. Yoga makes me feel so relaxed and zen for the day. I love that I can do yoga any time of the day and it will allow me to stretch my body and still feel amazing afterwards.
