Believe it or not, movies have the power to change our lives. A great, thought-provoking film can awaken our souls and stir something deep within us. To me, The Zookeeper’s Wife is one of those life altering movies. The story played through my mind for days after I saw it and the message left an imprint on my heart. Act courageously when faced with the evils of life. We can be the change we wish to see in the world…. [read more]
I remember when Cars came out in theaters! It came out the same year our son was born. That year, we saved Cars and many other Disney movies and shows on DVR and played them over and over for our son.
MOANA is in theatres now! Have you seen it? We are unable to go to the movies due to financial reasons as well as our son’s special needs. We prefer watching movies at home.
From Walt Disney Animation Studios comes “Moana,” a sweeping, CG-animated feature film about an adventurous teenager who sails out on a daring mission to save her people. During her journey, Moana (voice of Auli‘ i Cravalho) meets the once-mighty demigod Maui (voice of Dwayne Johnson), who guides her in her quest to become a master wayfinder. Together, they sail across the open ocean on an action- packed voyage, encountering enormous monsters and impossible odds, and along the way, Moana fulfills the ancient quest of her ancestors and discovers the one thing she’s always sought: her own identity.

Here is your first look at the movie poster!
Can you believe it?! Just looking at the poster reminds me of the original movie! It makes me think of my childhood!
When I received Open Season: Scared Silly, I was so thrilled! However, I could only recall watching one of the movies. I was scrolling through Netflix and discovered Open Season has at least 3 other movies. I played the first movie and was surprised to realize I never saw it! The first movie came out in 2006, the same year our son was born, so I was too busy being a new mom.
I remember when the original movie, The Land Before Time came out! I won’t mention how old I was but I remember how much my brother and I loved the characters! I believe we even bought the movie on VHS tape!
