My November box arrived a few days later than usual! The November box is about skincare in the winter weather! The theme is “It’s Too Cold For A Naked Face,” in other words, care for your face even in cold weather!
Mermaids are all the rage! Women of all ages want a mermaid tail or even create a mermaid makeup look! The last time I was at a Coach outlet store, I saw a handbag that reminded me of mermaid by the color and shimmer! It was so pretty but too expensive!
For the last few months, I’ve been dealing with a small eczema breakout on my face. It was odd. Why, you ask? First, I’ve never had an eczema breakout. In the past, my son has had eczema breakouts. I was always told to use lotion and keep his skin hydrated. It would make an appearance when I used different makeup or skincare products. Then it would go away after using natural products for a bit.
I am a huge fan of QVC. Over the last year or so, I’ve purchased a handful of shoes. I love watching QVC because they show you how to use the products! It helps when the products featured are hair, makeup and skincare products. It gives us an idea of how to use the products and get the most out of them.
At the time I started Beauty Brite, I tried a few homemade beauty masks. Many of the homemade masks included using green tea. I love drinking green tea, so utilizing and reusing the tea leaves for beauty was fun and relaxing.
With Halloween around the corner, I am reminded of when I was in elementary school and I dressed up as a witch. My mom bought a little set of witch makeup. When we were done trick or treating for the evening, my mom gave me some of her skin care products to wash my face. The next morning, I woke up to my face having a bad reaction to the makeup or the skincare products. Looking back, I thought it was the skincare products but I really think it was the cheap makeup.
We all know that we want nothing but the best for our babies and will do anything to give them what they need. I know just as an aunt and not a mother; I feel that way toward my nephew and can only imagine the way I will feel once I become a mother.
