Earlier this month, I decided to cut down on my coffee intake! I literally have stopped drinking coffee throughout the day. Since then, I have had a few of the blended ice coffee drinks from a fast food place but that is about it. When I did drink coffee, I found myself having on average 2-3 cups of coffee a day! I was drinking more and more because I kept feeling tired, exhausted and needed that boost.
Welcome to Fitness Friday! It certainly does not feel like Friday! My son is on Spring Break right now, which means he is home until April 7th! Thankfully, my son knows I like to exercise, so he likes to help. He tends to make sure I have all of my equipment I need.
