There comes a time when you start noticing that you are losing more and more hair. As a vegetarian, I am very aware that I do not get enough iron in my diet. Combine that with a monthly period, I tend to lose even more hair. It can be embarrassing because I have a ton of little hairs sticking out (from regrowth or hair breakage). So far, I have not noticed a significant amount of hair loss, but it all adds up.
