Map My State

Map My State

When I first heard about Map My State, I knew I wanted review their products. I love wall art, so I was so thrilled that they offered me the opportunity to review their art prints. I received two art prints to review in exchange for my honest opinion.

Map My State was started by a husband and wife looking for creative ways to fill their walls with pretty art. I am the same way. We have plain white walls and wanted to add pictures and framed art to help add a little color! I have so many of our family pictures framed and they are now hanging around our apartment. I love looking at our pictures!

I chose to receive two art prints because I love art and I wanted to cherish the two states that mean the most to our family. I chose to receive California and Nevada. California is where I was born and raised. California is also where my husband and I met! Nevada is special to our family because we lived there for over 4 years. It is also where we bought and lost our first house. Nevada is also where our son was made and born.

The art prints are offered in several colors, if it were up to me, I would have chosen purple, pink or turquoise. Since I am really bad at decorating and matching colors, I asked my husband to choose the colors. In the end, we agreed on black for both art prints. Black is a neutral color and works for our apartment.

When the art prints arrived, I quickly took them out of the envelope. They are beautifully wrapped in cello bags. The art prints are simply printed and in no way fancy but they are very eye catching and a definitely conversation starter! I cannot wait to get frames for them to display at home.

You can find Map My State on their website.
