Make the Most Out of Your Shower

Make the Most Out of Your Shower

Beauty Brite Disclosure
As a busy wife and mom, I learned early on to multi-task! It keeps me busy and I get things done. My husband is the complete opposite, if he is doing one thing, he does not try to do anything else until he is ready. When I was working full time and he was a stay at home dad and worked part time, he didn’t help around the house because he always said he was busy watching our son. By the time I got home, I had to do laundry, dishes, and more. In other words, even though I worked full time, I still had to do everything around our home.

As a busy mom, I am always looking for ways to save time. As moms, we all know we rarely have free time. Here are 4 fabulous products you can use in the shower to save you time! Here is how to make the most out of your shower:

Products needed:

TouchBack Color Depositing Shampoo and Color Depositing Conditioner
Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer
Conair Detangling Brush

Step 1: COLOR: TouchBack Color Depositing Shampoo and Color Depositing Conditioner.

Step 2: WASH: Use your favorite body wash or soap to cleanse your body while you are waiting the 2 minutes.

Step 3: MOISTURIZE: Moisturize your skin with Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer.

Step 4 DETANGLE: Conair Detangling Brush

Save time in the shower

When using TouchBack Color Depositing Shampoo and Color Depositing Conditioner, you must leave in your hair for 2 minutes for both the shampoo and conditioner. During those two minutes, I use that time to exfoliate and cleanse my body with body wash or soap. I also listen to music in the bathroom so I usually wait the length of a song and then rinse.

Tip: Be sure to squeeze out your hair before applying the shampoo and conditioner. I discovered that when I don’t squeeze out access water from my hair, I feel like the product is watered down and I am not able to get the full effect of color.

The color should last through three washings. I tend to use the TouchBack Color Depositing Shampoo and Color Depositing Conditioner twice a week with regular shampoo and conditioner washing in between. So you really do not need to use the TouchBack every time you shampoo.

The Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer is a unique product! When I saw the commercial for it, I was curious as to how it could be a moisturizer used in the shower! The Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer is applied to your skin after showering. It is supposed to be showered before drying off. So I apply it while I am still in the shower and just before I use the towel to dry off. I apply the moisturizer just like I do with regular lotion. Then, I pat myself dry with my towel. The Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer is awesome!!!!

Lastly, I use the Conair Detangling Brush to comb through my hair! Of course, it is super gentle on my wet hair!
