Kashi GoLean Cereal Review

I received a sample of Kashi GoLean Crisp Toast Berry Crumble cereal yesterday.  I am really surprised at myself for not opening up the cereal yesterday to snack on it but I wanted to save it for breakfast for this morning.  I love crunchy cereal and this cereal certainly is.  I also liked that it didn’t turn soggy in my milk, it stayed crunchy.  I added chia seeds to my cereal for the Omega-3’s, although I like to add chia seeds to almost everything I eat.  The cereal isn’t really sweet, which I prefer.  I don’t like sugary cereal that makes me feel guilty about eating afterwards.  I felt full and satisfied after eating my breakfast.

Ingredients list

I also like the fact that this cereal is from Kashi.  When I think of the Kashi brand, I think of healthy, all natural, and good for you food.  Kashi also uses 7 whole grains.  As stated directly from the Kashi website, “A diet rich in whole grains can help keep your heart healthy and reduce the risk of certain cancers. Studies also show that people who eat whole grains tend to stay more satisfied throughout the day, get more physical activity and maintain a healthier weight.”

I received a sample and coupons for the above product for being a member of Vocalpoint. The pictures and opinions provided are my own and not influenced by anyone else. I did not receive any financial compensation for this post
