I love to exercise. I remember when I was 21 and I started doing Tae Bo. I eventually found pilates, yoga, Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire and Les Mills Combat. I love being fit and healthy.
I do not consider myself a fan of Jillian Michaels, nor did I watch The Biggest Loser. I know she is a tough trainer and have seen her DVDs online and in stores. I chose No More Trouble Zones and 30 Day Shred because I already have the equipment needed, a mat and a set of dumbbells.
No More Trouble Zones consists of a 40 minute workout, broken down into 6 minute circuits. The workouts may be short, but targeted to each specific area.
30 Day Shred offers 3 levels of intensity. I like that this workout is tailored to my own personal needs. There is no schedule and I decide what I can handle and when to move up to the next level.
Jillian Michaels is supportive throughout the workouts. The DVDs are tough and challenging. Set a goal, the journey may be bumpy but remember the end result.
