Heat Things Up with LURK Perfume Oil
If you know me, I ALWAYS have on some type of perfume on when I leave the house. I put some on even if I’m just running to the store real quick for eggs and bread. My hunny is always asking me who I’m trying to smell good for. My answer, “MYSELF!”
I remember every time I went to the mall back in the 90’s when the perfume oils came out strong and hard, the kiosk employees would always come up to me and have me smelling and trying all different types of oils. They would even custom make several different high-end perfumes using their oils.
I was never a perfume oil user before because I love the convenience of perfume spray bottles.
I already had my 3 go-to perfumes, which all have vanilla or sandalwood in them but I decided to give perfume oils a chance to see if I’m missing out on something.
If you have never heard of LURK before, it is made with 100% pure essential oils, resins, absolutes & CO2 extracts infused in certified organic jojoba and pure organic alcohol. Hand poured and blended by the founder and perfumer Anne Nelson Sanford, based in New York.
Thx LURK OM 011 perfume oil is the one that I have been putting the test to. The LURK OM 011 popped out at me because it has one of the notes that I love to have in my perfumes, sandalwood. I’m a warm, woodsy, and oriental perfume type of blends woman.
LURK OM 011 features oudh oil, distilled from the dark resinous South Asian heartwood, argarwood. With an intricate, deep and woody fragrance, this rare natural oil subtly uplifts and energizes.
Combined with passion-inspiring jasmine, light and delicate lotus blossom and sexy rose notes, LURK OM 011 is playfully flirtatious.
When you first receive your order, you will get it in a little pouch with the name LURK on it.
I was surprised on how tiny and cute the bottle is. It is a 1/8 fl oz bottle for $65, but don’t let that discourage you from purchasing it. The scent packs a punch and you don’t need to drench yourself in it. It’s also the perfect size to put in your purse or wristlets when you’re out and about.
Just apply some of the oil on your pulse points; the nape of your neck, behind your ears, inside the elbows and on the wrists and you’re good to go.
The reasoning on putting them on your pulse points is that it’s due to the warmth of our blood and it activates the perfume.
This is definitely a perfume that I will keep in my collection and put it in rotation for usage. I like to switch up my rotation when I wear perfumes that way my nose doesn’t get immune to it and I can no longer smell it on myself.
LURK has several different perfume blends that you can choose from so you can search throughout their website at LURKMADE to see what is available for your perfume preferences.
Also, stay up to date with them on their social media for deals and announcements.
What are the types of perfumes that you always reach for?
Are you like me and reach for vanilla, musk, sandalwood, and woodsy type of aromas or are you more into clean crisp or fruity aromas?
Until next time…
