Hello Friday! It’s Fitness Friday! What a week! My husband and I are still in the middle of moving. I have been focusing on packing, moving and everything we need to do before we move. I don’t want to forget anything.
In between moving, I am trying to stay on track with my yoga workouts. I am focusing on one workout program for now. I exercise three days a week, so it’s less stress with that. My workouts have been less than 30 minutes too, so I like that.
With our moving, I do feel a little stressed out. I just want to be settled down in our new home. The packing and then moving our things to our new place is a lot of work. How do you deal with stress?
I do find yoga to be a great stress reliever! Yoga is awesome and it allows my body to twist and bend and get everything relaxed.
This week, I am on the second week of DDP Yoga! I love the energy I feel, especially after my workout is done. I am feeling stronger too. I love yoga and now I have added dynamic resistance. I am using my own strength.
My husband and I believe that things happen for a reason. I was hoping to receive some good news this week. I was hoping to get the job that I interviewed for last week. Perhaps, this means I should re-enroll in college. In the meantime, I am still looking and applying for jobs that catch my attention. Are you waiting on any news? Waiting for some good to happen?
