How is March treating you? So far, I am having a really good month! I am feeling better and no longer have dizzy spells or any sign of vertigo! I am feeling happy and very motivated these days.
This week, I am still focused on pilates. I am not really following a schedule. I am working out every other day or even every day, it just depends on how I am feeling that day. I have a few pilates DVDs to choose from and I also use free workout videos online!
I have not had a chance to add yoga into the mix yet. I realized that I have missed my favorite workout: pilates. What is your favorite workout?
