It’s Friday! That means Fitness Friday!
Hello Spring! The weather is warming up, are you ready for it? The weather definitely helps motivate me to stay on track.
This week, I wanted to try something different. For the last few weeks, I have been doing pilates and yoga and I wanted a chance. This week, I started 30 Day Shred! I don’t consider myself a Jillian Michaels fan, but I love her workouts! Her workout routines are challenging and will definitely keep me going. Right now, I am on the first week of the 30 Day Shred. I don’t know of any official workout schedule, so I am taking it day by day. I am taking rest days when my body needs it.
The only 30 Day Shred schedule I know of is:
First 10 Days: Level 1
Next 10 Days: Level 2
Last 10 Days: Level 3
I admit, Level 1 is tough, but it gives me something to push through.
Anyone else doing the 30 Day Shred? What are your thoughts on it?
