Hello March! I am truly hoping for a better month! February kicked my bottom so many things happening. Last week, my symptoms started off as light headedness and dizziness. I thought it was because I stood up too fast. As the evening progressed, it got worse. Nausea started to set in. The next morning, I felt really dizzy!
My dizziness, light headedness and nausea lasted over a day. During this time, my husband was off of work so he had to take our son to the bus stop and pick him up at the bus stop after school. I could barely stand for short periods of time because I felt like the world was spinning. I couldn’t walk straight.
Come to find out, I must have had vertigo. I literally felt sea sick.
I ended up not working out for over a week! By then, I had completed with my intense workout program. This week, I have been taking it easy. I am getting back into exercising with pilates. I plan on sticking with pilates and yoga for a bit and then add Turbo Jam. Once I have done all three for a few weeks, I hope to start doing Turbo Fire again!
Our lease is coming up at the end of May. Since our rent will be raised yet again (it’s been raised a total of $90 over the last 2 years we’ve been here), we decided we want to move. In the past few days, I have realized that I would like to find an apartment complex with a gym/workout room! I think it would be a great benefit to have the option to workout on a machine, rather than at home. It is nice to change up my workout routine and keep myself motivated.
