Last week, I was sick with the flu and slept throughout the day and completely forgot about Fitness Friday.
My son is the culprit! He brought the flu home. He’s been sick for over a week now. He seemed to be okay here and there but then it comes back. The flu just wants to linger around. I am still a little sick from the flu. I decided to hold off on working out until I am feeling completely better.
I am on Week 8 of Les Mills Combat, but it is on hold until I feel better. I only have a week and a half left on the program! After I am done, I plan on doing another round and may mix it up and add a few Turbo Fire workouts here and there. I may make my own workout schedule and rotate between the two programs.
By the way, my husband is also sick. He did get the flu shot for work, so I am surprised he caught what we have. He does feel “well” enough to go to work though, which is good.
