Hi everyone! I completely forgot about Fitness Friday this week. My son went back to school this week on Wednesday, so I am confused on my days. Plus, yesterday was my son’s 7th birthday!
While I may have spaced on my weekly Fitness Friday post, I have NOT skipped any workouts! I am still on track with Les Mills Combat. I am now in the middle of Week 4. So far, so good. I am staying motivated and just love the workouts. The music helps, the trainers are upbeat and positive. They are funny too.
As for supplements, I am still taking raspberry ketones. I take two pills a day. Once in the morning (either before or after I have breakfast) and in the afternoon around lunchtime.
