I am in the middle of Week 6 of Les Mills Combat. The workout is still so much fun and intense at the same time. I am staying motivated by the music and feeling so great afterwards. I feel like I can accomplish everything that I need to during the day.
What workout program(s) are you doing? How do you stay motivated? How do you improve your mood?
In addition to my workouts, I am still taking my Raspberry Ketones every day. What supplements do you use?
This week, my son was off from school on Monday and Tuesday. When he is home, I am unable to concentrate on things that I need to get done and my blogging is slowed down as well. This week is a short week for his school, so I am trying my best to get everything done while he is at school.
