Do you enjoy drinking tea? Or are you a regular coffee drinker? I personally drink only tea and prefer non-caffeinated, if available. Other people, for example my mom, are huge coffee drinkers though Mom does love a cup of hot tea when she comes to visit me.
I have found that occasionally we need a little detoxing. Our bodies and minds are stressed and overworked. The average American eats a lot of garbage we probably shouldn’t. We also tend not to be as mobile as we should be.
I am a huge fan of Beachbody! Over the years, I have enjoyed Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, 21 Day Fix, PiYo and many others. I prefer Beachbody programs because I can workout in the comfort of my own home. Plus, I can choose to workout any time of day without worrying about finding a babysitter. With our child having special needs, we don’t have the option of using a traditional daycare.
Since becoming a mother and wife, I still try to look and feel my best. A low-carb lifestyle has done wonders for my body; keeping off inches and helping me feel more energetic. I try to work out 4-5 times a week while working, writing, and caring for our family.
I do love my coffee, and I’m always trying new flavored creamers. However, during the hot summer months, I don’t drink as much coffee as I do in the fall and winter. Since I don’t drink as much coffee in the summertime, I tend to refrain from buying the liquid flavored creamers that I love because I hate wasting them.
