When I first received an essential oils set years ago, I had no idea the health benefits they contained. I have one in our living room, where our son likes to play and one in the bedroom! As you can imagine, I enjoy using our oil diffusers to clean our air, add a beautiful scent, improve our health or boost our mood!
When I was pregnant with our son, I became more aware of the products I was using to clean around our home and even the beauty products I was using. These days, I don’t care for traditional medicine because of the many possible side effects and sometimes it is just too expensive. If there is a natural method, I will choose that path first.
