I received an ARC copy of Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle in exchange for my honest opinion.
I read through Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle in about a day. The book is full easy to follow directions on how to get back on track with fitness, nutrition and overall health. If you need a fun guide to follow, this is the book to read.

Venuto explains nutrition and how to get started with what to eat. He also explains in depth great exercises to use in your life.

I found this book to be informative and easy to read. He does not preach to you or tell you that you are a bad person. He encourages you! He inspires you.

After reading Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, I am inspired to eat better and stay on track with my workouts. Right now, I am focused on a yoga workout schedule that works with my full time job. By the time I get home from work, I am so exhausted. Yoga helps me relax and unwind for the evening.

I have always loved fitness. When I found Tae Bo, I realized I loved to workout with fun music and inspiring people. I prefer to workout at home because I can customize my own schedule. I first discovered pilates when I was first married. I saw an infomercial and ordered the program. Since then, I have tried numerous other workout programs and now do primarily yoga for now.

To me, fitness is fun and keeps me energized. I love the way I feel after doing a workout. My mind and body feels greats when I am able to get the stress out with exercise.
