Bachelorette Kaitlyn: The Men Tell All. Let's promote love over hate

THE BACHELORETTE – “The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All” – It’s an exciting, unpredictable reunion viewers won’t want to miss as the most memorable bachelors from this season – including Ben H., Ben Z., Chris “Cupcake,” Ian and Jared — return to confront each other and Kaitlyn one last time on national television to dish the dirt and tell their side of the story, on “The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All,” MONDAY, JULY 20 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. (ABC/Rick Rowell)

After watching The Men Tell All, I had no idea the amount of hate messages, emails and tweets Kaitlyn receives. I am saddened that a strong beautiful woman is being called hateful names and receiving death threats due to her personal choices and actions.

Let’s promote love over hate.

Who are they to judge so harshly? Kaitlyn is living her life.
It seems she’s being judged for sleeping with one of the guys while on the show. Is it not normal to sleep with a guy you’re dating?

She is also being judged for bringing Nick Viall on her season. Some say it was unfair and some support her decision. She felt something for Nick and it was her choice to bring him on her season. I can also understand how the guys felt about it.

I admit, I have not been watching faithfully this year. I did miss an episode here and there. The last time I watched The Bachelorette was Desiree’s season. Over the years, I was either working full time, we moved around so much and life just got in the way.

Clint and JJ Bromance

When I heard the stories of a “Brokeback Bachelor” between two guys on the show, I started watching the show again. I was amused by the term and wanted to see what the fuss was all about. I missed the main episodes of the two getting to know each other. I only saw the aftermath.

What are your thoughts on Clint and JJ’s bromance? I guess they really connected on a deep friendship level and that is fine. I guess the other guys felt left out and really wanted to get to know both of them.

I am happy for the couples that have come out of The Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise. Finding “the one” can be difficult and trying to make them work in the real world takes commitment. Relationships work when both parties are willing to listen and compromise. Life is not a fairy tale.

While I do not agree with Kaitlyn’s choice of the two men left, I cannot hate her. She is the one looking for love. Her taste in men is not the same as mine. If it were up to me, my final two would have been Jared and Ben H. Both men are gorgeous and complete gentlemen.

As a fan of the show, I can only wish Kaitlyn and the man she chooses complete happiness. Let’s promote love instead of hate. Let’s not hate on someone because of their choices.
