I am obsessed with fitness and trying to stay healthy. While I do not always eat healthy, I try to workout at least 5 days a week. My favorite workout is pilates. I recently started doing yoga which I never thought I would enjoy. I always thought yoga was too slow for me but there are quicker paced workouts that I have found and enjoy.

I am so excited to now have my first yoga workout DVD! I am really enjoying yoga, so this video will fit perfectly in my workout routines!
